Building & Services Manager

Required for September 2024

We are looking for an experience Buildings and Services Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will tackle a variety of tasks to keep the School running smoothly, including PPM, Conditions Surveys, Work Specification & Tendering, M&E Management, Contractor & Project Management, H&S and be the Energy Manager.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in schools or similar settings. This role requires someone who has good communication skills, is a problem solver who can think creatively and can find solutions.  You will be a team player who is reliable and trustworthy.
