Junior School Spring Concert 2022

The Junior School choirs, orchestra and many instrumental ensembles performed a wonderful range of music with a 1990’s theme, alongside pieces by Mozart, Vivaldi and Bizet. It began with ‘O Fortuna’ from Carmina Burana, used in many films, followed by ‘A Whole new World’ from the Disney film Aladdin, produced in 1992. It closed with the iconic theme tune from the TV show ‘Friends’ and two Britpop songs from Oasis.

The children’s talent and sheer musical enjoyment shone throughout the evening, as their parents enjoyed a wonderful evening of ‘90’s nostalgia! Many thanks to all the music teachers, especially to Mr Field, Head of Junior School Music.
